About The Position

Mammoth Distribution is looking for a Field Representative to build retail relationships and ensures optimal product placement for our brands in New Jersey. This role focuses on merchandising, inventory management, and executing promotions to maximize visibility and sales. Serving as the face of the brand, the Mammoth Field Representative provides experiential product educations, in-store activations, and ensures consistent brand standards across retail accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented with a focus on maintaining brand standards
  • Proficient in managing time, multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities across multiple retail locations
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Engage with new retail leads, introduce or enhance Heavy Hitters awareness, nurture & educate
  • Order placement for retailers and ensure timely replenishment
  • Monitor inventory levels in person and leveraging inventory management tool
  • Optimize replenishments using sell-through data - quantitative and qualitative
  • Draft mock orders
  • Train staff on products (features and benefits) key selling points
  • Execute in-store demos and promotional tables to increase consumer awareness of Heavy Hitters and product trial
  • Ensure products displays are organized and visually appealing in line with brand standards
  • Maintain promotional materials such as signs, shelf talkers and display kits
  • Complete a consistent cadence of in-store visits, as determined by market needs and manager guidance
  • Execute in-store product demonstrations to drive consumer awareness, trial, and sales lift
  • Prioritize timely outreach to new retail leads and supports early-stage relationship-building and onboarding
  • Maintain a regular rotation of visits across assigned accounts to strengthen relationships and address ongoing needs
  • Deliver merchandising excellence and achieve full compliance with brand standards by uploading photo documentation in Repsly
  • Proactively identify and address out-of-stock risks by monitoring inventory levels
  • Support retail sell-through by conducting budtender training sessions focused on product features, benefits, and key selling points
