Requirements

The Field Biologist should be experienced in USFWS survey standards.
Where USFWS requires that supporting fieldwork for a BA be conducted by an approved/qualified surveyor, the Field Biologist must meet those USFWS requirements.

Responsibilities

Conducts biological field surveys (e.g., presence/absence surveys for listed species)
Conducts habitat assessments to support NEPA analysis and ESA Section 7 Biological Assessment recommended determination of effect.

Performance Incentives: Due to the nature of our consulting engagements there are performance incentives associated with each new client that each employee works to pursue and support.
