About The Position

As a Field Auto Adjuster at Allstate, you will be integral to the Auto claims handling process, engaging directly with customers at their homes, repair shops, or tow yards to write estimates. This role involves a variety of interactions, including face-to-face, virtual, and written communication, as you assess and finalize estimates across diverse workstreams such as repairable estimates, total loss assessments, and virtual inspections. Requirements

• 18 months+ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise estimates.
• Comfortable with technology and various platforms for claims processing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with virtual inspections and remote claims handling.
• Familiarity with Allstate's claims processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards.
• Investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and video chat to guide them through the claims process.
• Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers.
• Utilize multiple tools and platforms to manage claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of claims in the claims system.
