  • Foster strong relationships with field employees to maintain high morale and efficiency.
  • Lead the inspection and field audit teams, serving as the department head.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for the teams.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks while implementing process improvements for optimized operations.
  • Maintain precise project records, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.
  • Develop and update training programs to empower team members and streamline workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in solar or renewable energy, focusing on installations, inspections, or audits.
  • Deep understanding of solar energy systems, including installation and inspection processes.
  • Proven ability to manage field teams and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
  • Strong background in customer service, field management, and complaint resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
