Responsibilities

• Showcase properties to potential renters
• Use your personality to make a great first impression
• Be the eyes and ears on the ground for our innovative platform
• Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Ensure property accessibility and security
• Report prospect and property feedback
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs (optional)
• Use Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies (optional)
• Work independently and efficiently (average evaluation time of 1 hour) (optional)
• Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systems (optional)
• Take detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system (optional)
