About The Position

· Support delivery of the small cassava seed packs to farmers
· Provide agronomic knowledge to the recipient of small cassava seed packs
· Monitoring field performance to provide advice on field management
· Collect data, analysis and report writing
· Perform any other activities as assigned by the coordinator.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma in Agriculture
• 5 Years’ field experience
• Working with little or no supervision
• Active engagement skills with rural Communities
• Knowledgeable on cassava production and seed system
• Gender integration skills in rural community activities
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools
• Active learning and good writing skills
