Requirements

  • 1+ years construction experience from a subcontractor’s perspective. Concrete construction management experience is a plus.
  • Experienced managing multiple projects at one time
  • Proven track record in the successful management of project cost, schedule, safety and quality
  • Superior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationships with vendors and clients
  • Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Office products to include Microsoft Project and construction programs such as PlanSwift, not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Senior Project Managers on job specific details.
  • Understanding full scope of work for each project
  • Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
  • Manage all activities associated with production including labor, materials, equipment and services
  • Manage the work load accurately as related to the contracted scope of work
  • Manage subcontract labor and inhouse crews.
  • Schedule and manage concrete deliveries.
  • Purchases and track quantities of supplied materials to all projects
  • Maintains a professional relationship with clients and ensures clear and consistent communication
  • Develop and maintain updated and accurate schedules & daily reports for each project
  • Develops and maintains a fair and professional relationship with subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensures safe work environment and quality standards are maintained
