About The Position

Associa is looking for a new talented field assessor for our branch. Specialized Property Management is looking for aFieldAssessorwho ishighlyorganizedwithstrongtime managementskillsandanunderstandingofprioritization.Naturallydriventoprovideexcellentcustomerserviceandinstilltrust,ourproperty inspectorisa naturalcommunicatorwithattentiontodetail, asenseofurgency, and aprofessionaldemeanor.

Requirements

• Minimumof3yearsofsuitableexperience.
• Abilitytoprepare,write, andcommunicateeffectivelywithclients,vendors, and staff.
• Localareaknowledge
• Aminimumtypingspeedof40wordsper minute
• KnowledgeofInternet and email

• Promptlyrespond,pursue, andresolvecustomerandvendorissues
• Manageworkorderservicerequestflow,ensuringallservicerequestsareproperlymaintainedin thecompanysoftware,includingnotes,documents, andupdates
