About The Position

HomePro is seeking a motivated and reliable Field Appointment Setter to support our new-home communities. This role focuses on branding newly built homes, engaging homeowners when available, and scheduling same-day appointments for our sales representatives. This is a field-based position with a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

Go to the HomePro communities once the homes are finished.
Put HomePro branding on the new homes (sign in the yard, materials left behind, making sure our name is clearly visible).
Engage homeowners if they are home and professionally introduce HomePro services
Schedule in person appointments with a HomePro sales representative when a homeowner is available.
Log all visits and activity in Spotio accurately and in real time
Ensure all logged visits are within a 2-mile radius of the new home. (Within 300 feet if the pin is placed correctly, otherwise within 2 miles.)
Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle
The company vehicle is GPS monitored and you are expected to be actively working in the field during your scheduled hours
