As a Field Tech Applicator, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring effective weed and pest control for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the Kersey work location.
• Willingness to work weekends if needed to meet project demands.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills to communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to organize your work and manage your time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with your team members.
• Understanding and adhering to all workplace safety procedures.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic with consistent punctuality and a commitment to being present and prepared for all work duties.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test to ensure the safety and integrity of our operations and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Expertly applying weed and pest control solutions in various field settings.
• Working effectively within a small crew under the guidance of a field supervisor, and also having the capability to work independently when needed.

• Embracing flexible field schedules and tackling new situations with a positive attitude.
• Contributing to snow removal efforts as needed during the winter months.
