Responsibilities Provide application and technical support to an assigned customer for Hamilton products. Act as a technical liaison between the customer and Hamilton Sales team to meet and maintain customer needs. Operate and provide customer support at a designated customer site. Develop advanced application protocols and provide support for complex instrumentation. Ideal candidates would reside in Thousand Oaks, CA or in the local vicinity.
