Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs Implement detailed installation plans Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams Maintain strategic customer relationships Deliver technical presentations and customer training Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications Travel Required up to 20% to support high-volume manufacturing sites

Requirements

  • MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Optics, Material Science, or related field
  • Experience in semiconductor fabrication or equivalent education
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems, networking, and analysis tools

Nice To Haves

  • Optics (microscopy, lasers, SEM)
  • Data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, Minitab, Igor, Origin)
  • Programming (Matlab, LabVIEW, Python)
  • Cleanroom experience
  • Semiconductor device characterization

Responsibilities
