Semtech's Wireless Applications team is a group of passionate and talented engineers tasked with developing and delivering industry-leading IoT solutions for the LPWAN space. We enable our customers and partners to achieve a new standard of IoT product performance, and we have a versatile and exceptionally talented team of individuals to make this vision a reality! The Field Applications Engineer position supports pre- and post-sales activities with the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), encompassing technical support for qualified opportunities, product/solutions training, and seminars for distributors, sales reps, and customers. Strong presentation skills, solid wireless technical knowledge, initiative, and a business sense of urgency are critical to speeding up the sales cycle.
