About The Position
The Field Application Specialist position at bioMérieux is designed to provide solution-oriented consultative training, technical support, and troubleshooting at customer sites and remotely on bioMérieux's diagnostic product lines. The role involves working effectively with customers to ensure the efficient implementation and go-live of new instrumentation, retaining current customer business, and developing strong customer relationships that foster loyalty and positive referrals. The position requires collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and professional support to meet their business needs. The Field Application Specialist promotes teamwork, removes barriers to productivity, and creates a positive work environment. This is a field-based position supporting the frontier territory covering New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming, with the ideal candidate located in or around Denver, CO. Extensive field travel is required, averaging 65-80% overnight stays.
