Description This field-based position covers the Ohio Valley territory, including Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and Indiana, and requires travel throughout the region up to 80% of the time. Position Summary This position is to provide solution-oriented consultative training, technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites, and remotely, on bioMérieux's diagnostic product lines. Effectively work with customers to achieve efficient implementation and go live of new instrumentation. Retain current customer business, while developing and strengthening customer relationships that result in customer loyalty and positive referrals. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate and professional support to further their business needs.
