About The Position

We're seeking a Field Application Scientist to join our growing team in Cambridge. In this role, you'll be the scientific bridge between our clients and internal research teams, translating client objectives into well-designed studies that deliver meaningful results. You'll engage directly with sponsors to: Understand their scientific goals and research needs Discuss study designs, models, and experimental approaches Collaborate with our scientists to propose customized, cutting-edge studies tailored to each program Ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the research process This role is perfect for a scientifically driven communicator who thrives where research meets collaboration.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in neuroscience, pharmacology, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in preclinical drug development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Naturally curious, creative, and passionate about collaboration
• Able to design customized studies that push the boundaries of translational neuroscience
• Driven to stay at the forefront of neurodegenerative and pain research
• Enthusiastic about connecting great science with meaningful outcomes for patients
