We are seeking a Field Analyst, Construction / Piping_ to join our team supporting the Uranium Processing Facility! This position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Responsibilities Assist UPF’s Piping Insulation STR & project group – focusing on the intersection of physical construction progress and digital data integrity. Act as a "data bridge" between field crews installing piping and insulation and the project management systems used to track cost, schedule, and quality. Provide detail-oriented data analysis, including data extraction and manipulation. Utilize a general knowledge of construction engineering experience in any discipline. Physically walkdown the site to verify that the linear footage of piping insulation (such as Aerogel) reported as "complete" in the system matches the actual field installation. Use Material Management Systems (like Bechtel's proprietary tools or SAP) to track specialized insulation materials from the warehouse to the specific isometric drawing location in the field. Identify "blockers" by analyzing data, like spotting that insulation cannot proceed because the required hydrostatic testing for a pipe segment hasn't been logged in the Quality Assurance (QA) system. Compare design documents (P&IDs/Isometrics) against current inventory to forecast shortages of high-value items before they impact the schedule. Assist in developing and closing out work packages by ensuring all technical data, inspection reports, and material certifications are digitally attached and compliant with Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) standards.
