The Field Administrative Assistant supports daily field operations by providing administrative, coordination, and communication assistance to crews, supervisors, and management. This role acts as a liaison between the field and office, helping ensure accurate documentation, scheduling support, job tracking, and compliance with company procedures. The Field Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping operations organized, efficient, and well-documented.

  • Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for field crews and foremen
  • Assist with daily job documentation, work orders, and job completion records
  • Support crew scheduling, time tracking, and job assignments as directed
  • Communicate changes, updates, and instructions between office staff and field teams
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain job packets, permits, maps, and customer information
  • Collect, review, and submit required paperwork including timesheets, equipment logs, and job reports
  • Enter and update job data, notes, and records in company systems
  • Assist with invoicing support by ensuring job details and documentation are complete and accurate

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient field operations
  • Duties may or may not be subject to change
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, data entry systems)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet all physical requirements of the position.
  • Pass all drug and alcohol screens as required by Company policy and, if applicable, required by DOT regulations.
  • 18 years of age or older, or 21 if CDL is required.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Previous administrative, office, or operations support experience
