Growing together The New York Small Business Field Account Manager (FAM) is responsible for supporting brokers and General Agents who serve small business customers. This role focuses on building strong relationships with brokers, providing education, and ensuring smooth service delivery to help them meet the needs of their clients. The Field Account Manager acts as a key liaison between brokers and internal teams, addressing escalated service issues, monitoring trends, and delivering solutions that enhance broker satisfaction and retention. The SB Fam role in NY also supports the NY Small Group internal team on projects, reporting and tracking, as needed.
