About The Position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator (Linux/Fidelis) in Washington DC. The role involves system administration on Linux systems, including racking and stacking, patching, and responding to Fidelis system logs. The administrator will troubleshoot network issues to ensure Fidelis is operating smoothly and maintain and configure Fidelis DLP & XPS appliances, such as DirectSensor 10G, Mail DLP, and CommandPost. Additionally, the position requires providing Linux OS upgrades and updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of system administration experience.
• Experience with Fidelis or 10+ hours of Fidelis Udemy training.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph if not already held.
• Security+ Certification.
• CSSP level certification, most commonly CYSA+.
• Ability to commute full time to either Reston VA, JBAB, or College Park MD.

Responsibilities

• System administration on Linux systems including racking and stacking, patching, etc.
• Responds to Fidelis system logs, troubleshoots network issues to ensure Fidelis is operating smoothly.
• Maintains and configures Fidelis DLP & XPS appliances, such as DirectSensor 10G, Mail DLP, and CommandPost.
• Provides Linux OS upgrades and updates.
