The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. Fixed Income: ABS Structuring - Vice President / Executive Director The Fixed Income Division Securitized Products Group is seeking a VP/ED Structurer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in ABS Structuring. Relevant asset class experience may include consumer assets or commercial assets. The role will include working directly with clients and the collateral, lending, trading, capital markets and syndication teams to help pitch, structure, and execute transactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ABS Structuring including experience with Intex DealMaker and Bloomberg
  • Strong oral / written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate collaboratively within a team and train junior team members
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mind-set
  • An Undergraduate or Master’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Create financial models to project cash flows and run analysis in Intex, Bloomberg, Excel, and other software applications
  • Work with internal and external counterparts including clients, rating agencies, accounting firms, legal counsel, and others to execute on all aspects of securitization transactions
