About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) Consultant with specialized expertise in Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services Integration within the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) framework. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining our SAP BRIM solution, ensuring seamless financial processes, accurate invoicing, and efficient payment services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in FICA within the SAP BRIM environment.
  • Proven experience with Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services integration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating payment services with SAP BRIM and other SAP modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM components and architecture.
  • Proficiency in FICA configuration, Convergent Invoicing processes, and Payment Services integration.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, billing, revenue management, and payment workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Prior experience in industries such as telecommunications, utilities, or media.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services modules within SAP BRIM.
  • Customize and configure SAP BRIM solutions to align with business requirements and enhance financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and payment services processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee the integration of Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services with other SAP modules such as BRIM SOM, and non-SAP systems like Salesforce.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services integration issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize system performance and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
