We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fiberglass Worker! This role will be based out of our Fabrication site located in Mississauga, ON. Job Summary We’re looking for a Fiberglass Worker to join our Production team and play a key role in reinforcing and finishing fiberglass fittings used across our product lines. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in high‑quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a manufacturing environment. Your work directly supports the reliability, safety, and performance of our products—contributing to the broader success of our operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on environment is an asset.
  • Experience in fiberglass manufacturing or working with composite materials.
  • Knowledge of fiberglass processes and safe handling of related tools and materials.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and ability to read and interpret basic drawings (e.g., dimensions, thickness).
  • Competence in measuring, cutting, and operating powered equipment.
  • Previous experience handling acetone, stypol, DDM, or similar chemicals.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Finish fiberglass products and fittings within defined timelines.
  • Reinforce fittings using cutting, resin application, and lay‑up techniques.
  • Prepare surfaces through grinding and other finishing processes to ensure strong bonds.
  • Paint fittings to match specified colors.
  • Safely handle and work with chemicals such as resin, acetone, and other additives.
  • Support cross-functional tasks including material handling or custom fabrication as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
