We complete small repairs to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! We use established trades combined with cutting-edge techniques and products, leading to long-lasting and good-looking repairs. Our goal is a satisfied client and a long-lasting partnership. We’re happy to save our customers money and time, while preventing more surfaces from ending up in the trash heap.

Requirements

  • Experience performing work using your hands in areas such as construction, manufacturing, painting, or other personal hobbies
  • Ability to comprehend color and match colors, essential for the job
  • Knowledge of common tub building materials: fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, and acrylic

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facilities maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Visit 4+ different repair locations daily
  • Complete Work Orders at the job-site, following up with excellent customer service
  • Engage with various industries such as Property Management, Hospitality, Movers, Construction, etc.
  • Engage with tenants and staff with excellent customer service
  • Effectively use our CRM/Dispatch tool to take notes and track repair progress
  • Connect with designated support team about any issues
  • Learn, practice, and implement our proprietary 5-step repair process
  • Utilize your entire customized tool-kit, understanding each tool
  • Complete repairs using creativity and outside-the-box thinking
