About The Position

The Fiberglass Laminator position at Fluid Motion, LLC involves working with fiberglass materials to support the manufacturing of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to keep up with fast-paced environments.
• Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Mount rolls of fiberglass on chopper gun machine spindles.
• Thread fiberglass through machine rollers and secure film to take up spindles.
• Operate and maintain the chopper and gel-coat gun and other lamination equipment.
• Adjust controls to regulate speed, temperature, and pressure of laminating equipment.
• Use rollers to physically remove air and resin from the fiberglass and roving.
