Requirements

Safety is a core value you live by.
You have 5+ years of Fiber Splicing experience.
You have prior supervisory experience leading crews or project teams.
You can read and interpret blueprints, splice schematics, and fiber matrixes.
You enjoy problem-solving and take pride in troubleshooting issues as they arise in the field.
You embrace the challenge of coaching, mentoring, and developing your team.
You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new or custom software systems.
You have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving history; a current DOT card or CDL is preferred.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and actively support the company's safety culture.
Oversee daily activities of multiple crews and projects on the Wireline side of Telecom, working with high-count fiber (commonly 288+).
Provide clear direction and guidance to crews on jobsite activities.
Keep track of daily deliverables and project progress through multiple software systems and apps.
Develop team members' skills and knowledge in Fiber Splicing and Telecom Construction.
Deliver exceptional customer service when interfacing with clients and partners.
Motivate and guide your team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
