The Fiber Splicing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the management of repair, maintenance, and installation of fiber optic networks. This role involves managing day-to-day splicing operations, handling emergency and non-emergency repair calls, and ensuring the proper functioning of the network before leaving the customer site. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day splicing operations, handling emergency and non-emergency repair calls, overseeing construction, splicing, and distribution changes of OSP and ISP fiber optic networks, conducting tests on OSP and ISP networks to troubleshoot problems, ensuring necessary repairs on OSP and ISP facilities are completed after troubleshooting, and assuring network functionality before leaving the customer site.
