About The Position
IQ Fiber is seeking a Fiber Technician Splicer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an onsite, field position where you will play a crucial role in providing high-speed fiber-optic internet services. The Fiber Technician Splicer will be responsible for troubleshooting, splicing, testing, and certifying fiber optic rings and customer terminations. You will spend 90% of your time in the field, interfacing with current and prospective customers, and providing exceptional customer service during installations and troubleshooting operations. Your contributions will directly impact our success, and we value energetic, collaborative, and customer-focused talent.
