About The Position

This role is designed for individuals who want to learn sales quickly, be compensated based on performance, and build significant career momentum early on. It is a commission-based, door-to-door sales opportunity where personal effort and consistency directly influence income. The position requires working outdoors daily, walking in residential neighborhoods, and engaging in face-to-face conversations with homeowners. As a Sales Representative (Producer), you will be a frontline revenue generator, building meaningful conversations and driving measurable sales results. This is a fast-paced, goal-driven field role for competitive, coachable, and growth-oriented individuals. You will be trained in a proven sales framework, expected to meet performance benchmarks, and have a clear path for advancement into Builder and Leadership roles within the organization.
