Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three years in a clerical or administrative position required.
Must be able to effectively perform all responsibilities of position.
Must possess good interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, orally and written.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient with routine office equipment, including computer, telephone, copy machine, fax, and two-way radio.
Must have a current Arkansas driver's license without violations that would prohibit insurability, or which would adversely impact ability to perform job.
Job duties are performed in an office environment with occasional overtime and/or irregular hours.
Will require extended periods of sitting and use of a keyboard and computer.
This position requires the ability to lift files (occasionally up to 15 lbs.), open filing cabinets and bend, stoop, or stand, as necessary.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of clerical and administrative functions supporting the operations construction department, including scheduling work orders, telephone communication with business partners and field personnel, data entry, and handling project administrative tasks.
Processes and help coordinate construction work orders, service order closings, and permit applications, reporting on status of same.
Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and approvals
Prioritize workflows throughout day.
Manage subcontractor communications.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions or claims, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Assist in processing resolution of customer complaints.
Collect and analyze operations daily work logs and field reports
Track, analyze, and audit contractor invoicing
Assists in generating daily, weekly, or monthly production reports.
Complete any IT/Security training as assigned
Support quality control auditing efforts
Assists in compiling compliance reports for engineering such as SOCII
