About The Position

The Fiber Build Execution Analyst role provides analytical, coordination, and reporting support for Ziply Fiber’s expansion initiatives, joint venture activities, and post-transaction integration work. This role focuses on tracking workstreams, maintaining visibility into risks and milestones, and supporting cross-functional alignment across engineering, finance, legal, regulatory, construction, and product teams. This is a highly detail-oriented role requiring strong organizational skills, comfort working across multiple teams, and the ability to manage complex information while supporting evolving governance and reporting requirements tied to new ownership and partnership structures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in telecommunications, program management, M&A integration, or strategic operations.
  • Experience supporting organizational transitions including integration, financial tracking changes & governance updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage trackers, dashboards, and detailed documentation.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating complex cross-functional workstreams and driving alignment across engineering, construction, finance, legal, regulatory and product teams.
  • Skilled in program reporting, KPI tracking, risk assessment and building clear executive-level summaries.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and program tracking tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with GIS, financial modeling inputs or engineering systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support operational and financial transition activities related to Ziply’s new holding company structure.
  • Track governance, reporting, and compliance requirements across Finance, Legal, Regulatory and FDC teams.
  • Maintain logs of risks, dependencies, and open items tied to the transition.
  • Prepare structured status updates, trackers, and documentation for leadership review.
  • Support updates to contracts, permits and third-party agreements by tracking progress and required inputs.
  • Coordinate inputs from engineering, construction, permitting, finance, & regulatory for expansion evaluations
  • Maintain market assessment trackers including density assumptions, cost inputs, regulatory constraints, and readiness indicators.
  • Support go / no-go analysis by organizing data, documenting risks, and preparing summary materials.
  • Track follow-ups, decisions, and next steps across expansion workstreams.
  • Support due diligence activities by organizing data related to subscriber metrics, infrastructure condition and operational readiness.
  • Track engineering, permitting and operational findings during evaluation and integration phases.
  • Maintain integration trackers outlining milestones, dependencies, and status across functions.
  • Support preparation of integration timelines, dashboards, and leadership updates
  • Track product requirements and dependencies related to infrastructure readiness.
  • Support coordination between product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Document decisions, changes and requirements related to expansion or integration initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
