Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Experience working with contractors, agencies, and the public
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management systems
• Familiarity with MUTCD, AASHTO, ADA standards, and construction specs
• Ability to work in varied terrain and weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active on-site
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Inspecting workmanship, materials, labor, and safety compliance
• Keeping detailed logs and records of daily activities and defects
• Reviewing environmental controls and project documentation
• Drafting estimates, contract modifications, and on-site correspondence
• Analyzing schedules and preparing progress reports
