About The Position

Perform detailed oriented tasks and provide specialized support for our
financial traders and customer base. Excellent communication skills are
essential. Develop working relationships with trading and operations departments
promoting smooth execution and delivery of securities.

Monitors trade orders as they progress and maintains trade logs, reports and
other documentation. Reviews discrepancies and inputs data into financial
tracking system. Gathers relevant financial data to support traders. Responds to
client inquiries.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent computer proficiency, including Excel, and other MS office applications
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and team player attitude focused on contributing to the success of the trading desks
• Bloomberg knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of related experience

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Bloomberg application is a plus
• Series 7 is a plus
• Knowledge of financial/business terminology is a plus
