Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered.Job Summary This role will create, develop and execute marketing content for agent and client facing collateral, develop and execute digital marketing content for financial products on farmers.com and agent websites, and work with creative vendors and enterprise marketing to develop the image and voice of Farmers Financial Solutions. This role will help to grow the relationship with Farmers Financial Solutions and its agents, increase customer life time value, and drive engagement. This role will also be responsible for educating agents and employees about new sales or digital tools available to agents and consumers. This person will be responsible for managing high impact projects, including strategy, identification of tasks, dependencies, deadlines and costs, as well as on time execution. This role will collaborate across the enterprise to drive business objectives and lead high performing cross-functional teams.
