Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Unload bulk delivery trucks and place items into the correct bays
• Load customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely
• Operate forklift to handle large and bulk materials
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Load fertilizer into bulk bags for distribution
• Prepare and load customer fertilizer orders for delivery or pickup
