Requirements

• Prior experience operating skid steer loaders or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of agricultural or fertilizer handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work attitude

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with bulk fertilizer efficiently and safely
• Operate skid steer loaders to transfer fertilizer into hoppers
• Correctly load fertilizer batches according to order specifications
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Complete customer fertilizer orders accurately and on time
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
