About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fertilizer Loader and Material Handler to join our agricultural operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and accurate loading of bulk fertilizer, supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating skid steer loaders or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of agricultural or fertilizer handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work attitude

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with bulk fertilizer efficiently and safely
• Operate skid steer loaders to transfer fertilizer into hoppers
• Correctly load fertilizer batches according to order specifications
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Complete customer fertilizer orders accurately and on time
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
