Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in River North Chicago, Illinois. Schedule: The schedule will vary as needed; weekday and weekend availability Compensation: $33 to $36 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current Illinois license in good standing; BSN preferred
  • Excellent work ethics and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment with a high patient volume, while maintaining

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in 1-2 years in ambulatory care is a major plus
  • Experience in infertility nursing preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with physicians and staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care
  • Coordinate all aspects of patient care through evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy
  • Collaborate with Third Party Reproduction Coordinators for cases where a donor or gestational carrier/surrogate is needed
  • Collaborate with financial coordinators, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others as necessary to coordinate patient’s complete care and service
  • Perform phlebotomy and process/send out labs as needed
  • Perform procedures within the RN scope of practice and company policies
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
