About The Position

Assist the Foreman with all aspects of fence installation Prepare job sites by digging holes, mixing concrete, and setting materials Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment efficiently Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts Drive and maintain company vehicles safely Work outdoors in various weather conditions Follow all safety and environmental guidelines to ensure a secure worksite Safety is #1 at DFC: Our expectation is that every employee: 1) strictly follows safety policies, rules, and safe work methods. 2) Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions. 3) Promptly reports injuries for diagnosis and treatment. 4) Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety. Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
