About The Position

Butte Fence is looking for a Full-Time Installer to join our local team here in Twin Falls, ID! This position will install various types of fencing throughout the valley. This person plays a vital role with installing and assisting the installation crew with completing each project within the assigned deadline.

Requirements

• Fence installation experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Ability to communicate with teammates and leaders to achieve installation goals
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s core values: Honesty, Hardworking, Happy, Humble, and Hungry
• Ability to lift 50+lbs consistently
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen

Nice To Haves

• Fence installation experience: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Gather materials from warehouse and maintain an organized system
• Assist installation crew with assigned fence installation projects
• Understand and follow company procedures and act in a safe manner in a manufacturing environment
• Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of each job location
• Other duties as assigned
