About The Position

Leads the operational and financial success of construction projects Manages resources, monitors performance, and ensures timely billing and reporting Oversees all aspects of projects, including quality, timeliness, and safety Provides leadership and direction to field crews Collaborates closely with the Construction Manager and leadership team to achieve company objectives Manages staff and supports team development Builds and strengthens customer relationships through excellent service Fosters a positive work environment Motivates the team to be efficient, productive, profitable, and cohesive

Requirements

• Must be flexible with a willingness to perform the jobs personally as well as through delegation or interaction with others and must be able to relate to all levels of personnel.
• Must carry out directives from the Construction Manager, President and the financial accounting team, and support them in all respects and actively work to promote the direction and vision of the President

• Leadership of a team and human resource management skills
• Willingness to learn and implement continuous improvement methodologies
• Natural self-starter with initiative, high energy level, hands on approach and work ethic
• Strong technical, organization, and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems & computer networks
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel
• Well organized, attention to detail, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and have good public relations skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
• strictly follows safety policies, rules, and safe work methods.
• Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Promptly reports injuries for diagnosis and treatment.
• Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety.

Nice To Haves

• BS degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field from an accredited college or five (5) years of directly related experience is preferred.
