About The Position
GLISS Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping and construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements
- Experience in landscape maintenance and construction is preferred
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- This position requires a valid Oregon Drivers License and an insurable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with hard-scape installation techniques is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and fences
- Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing and building structures
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
