About The Position

Super Soccer Stars is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Youth Soccer Coaches! As a Super Soccer Stars coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through the beautiful game of soccer. Our program focuses on providing a fun and supportive environment where children can develop their soccer skills while building confidence and fostering a love for the sport.

Requirements

Prior experience working with children preferred
Soccer playing background or good knowledge of the game
Passion for working with children and helping them develop their soccer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to class locations
Availability to work weekday and/or weekend, mornings and afternoons
First Aid and CPR certified - a plus
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Lead and instruct soccer classes for girls in middle and high school
Deliver engaging soccer drills and games
Coach at soccer games
Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist in setting up and organizing equipment
Communicate effectively with parents about class activities and player's progress
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
