About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) position at Genesis AFC involves providing care and support to individuals in a group home setting during overnight shifts. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
• Valid Arizona driver license is required.
• Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is necessary.

Nice To Haves

• CPR & First Aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in caregiving or support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents in a group home setting during overnight shifts.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Document and report any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors.
