About The Position
Genesis AFC is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in our group home settings. This role is essential in providing care and support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life. As a DSP, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are not only caring and sincere but also teachable and willing to learn. This position offers flexible shifts, including overnight and weekend options, allowing you to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Training will be provided for all necessary certifications, including CPR & First Aid, Prevention & Support, and Article 9, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their careers in caregiving.
