About The Position

Mandara Spa is seeking dedicated spa attendants to provide and maintain the highest standards of customer service, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring high retention and increased treatment and retail sales for the Mandara Resort Division. Spa attendants will be responsible for checking in guests, giving guest orientation, and ensuring all linen towels and beverages are always clean, prepared, and well stocked.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sterilized spa environment.
• Maintain the stockroom and clean and organize back of house.
• Report shortage of inventory for all supplies related to spa attendant position.
• Launder all towels, linens, and bathrobes to ensure levels are stocked.
• Conduct spa walkthrough ensuring that common areas, locker rooms, and treatment rooms are properly cleaned.
• Conduct minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and complete a maintenance request as issues arise.
• Replenish stock levels including robes, sandals, bathroom towels, and product dispensers.
• Check-in spa deliveries and compare deliveries received with packing slip.
• Communicate effectively with all service providers, guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Pro-actively and creatively solve problems as they are identified.

Benefits

• Starting base hourly rate of $15.50, increased annually based on tenure.
• Incentive compensation programs yielding an average of $.40 per hour.
