About The Position

The Female Spa Attendant at the Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui will provide exceptional guest service at the Kilolani Spa, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for guests. Responsibilities

• Orient and assist guests throughout Kilolani Spa.
• Act as a personal guide and host, noting safety precautions and product knowledge.
• Check guests in and assign lockers.
• Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, restrooms, hydrothermal spaces, and lounge areas.
• Set up and break down guest amenities and experiences within the facilities.
• Stock lockers with robes and slippers.
• Load dirty towels in bins and move towel bins to designated areas.
• Conduct financial transactions as needed.
• Perform general spa duties as required.
