About The Position

The Facility Attendant is responsible for ensuring all facilities and equipment are being properly used, cleanliness standards are performed and maintained and assisting staff and guests by being a positive point of contact within the venue.

Requirements

Must be able to perform physical requirements. Must be detail oriented, organized, dependable and self-motivated.
Physical requirements include: sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, repetitive motion, reaching, working both indoor and outdoors at some locations, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Maintain a neat and clean facility via frequent checks of locker rooms, restrooms, public areas, workout spaces, outdoor areas, etc. as applicable to assigned location.
Fold and restock linen as needed and spot clean areas as needed.
Answering questions, giving tours and serving as a friendly, hospitable facility host/ess as applicable to assigned location.
Ensure members and guests are following posted rules as well as general rules regarding safe and acceptable conduct. This includes maintaining a continuous knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures. What to do in the event of an accident, age restrictions, proper handling of complaints, etc.
Assist other staff members with special events or other duties as requested.
Assist in monitoring tennis court usage in accordance with front desk reservations.
Check pool chemicals as scheduled and assist in the maintenance of the pools, sauna and whirlpools.
Facility equipment is returned to proper storage, reset for future usage, sanitized as needed.
Assist staff members by helping with laundry, assisting with boat rentals, ball machine rentals, etc.
