Requirements

Female Exercise Specialist with a positive, upbeat personality .
Nationally recognized certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
CPR/AED certified.
Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends.
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Experience with machine training, Pilates, and strength coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one fitness training sessions in client homes or designated locations.
Develop customized programs, specializing in strength training, Pilates, and machine work when appropriate.
Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability with a gentle and encouraging approach .
Track progress and adapt training plans as needed.
Educate clients on safe exercise techniques and balanced lifestyles.
Build trust through positivity and clear communication.
