Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
CPR/AED certification.
Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
Team player or collaborative with others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one fitness and Pilates-based training sessions (in-home or on-site).
Design customized programs focusing on core strength, alignment, flexibility, and functional movement.
Incorporate mat and apparatus-based Pilates techniques (Reformer experience a plus).
Foster motivation and accountability through supportive coaching.
Track progress and modify plans based on client goals.
Educate clients on safe, mindful movement and balanced living.
